An Appeal To The Residents of Putarora And District. The Putaruru Farmers’ Union is asking the Town Board to start a Fund for the relief of distress in the earthquake area of the South Island. To this end the Union asks for the co-operation of the various religious denominations and sports bodies, etc., and thus show our sympathy in. a practical manner.
