Putaruru. j Mrs. C. Browne, of Arapuni, is on ■ a visit to her parents at Frankton. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Francis, of ’ Auckland, were in Putaruru last I week staying at the Putaruru Hotel. I Mr. H. G. Rowe, of Cambridge, is on a visit to Putaruru, where he is the guest of Mrs. J. Francis. Mrs. Lawford P.eeves, of Kawau, is on a visit to Putaruru. She is the guest of Miss Alcorn. Matamata. Mr. and Mrs. S. Ellery left Matamata last Wednesday for Auckland, where they will spend a week’s holiday. Mr. and Mrs. Tapp, of Ohaupo, who have been in Matamata for their son’s wedding, have returned to their home. Morrinsviile. Mrs. E. A. Crabtree and small son are spending a holiday at Auckland. Mrs. L. Tribe and children, of New Lynn, are staying with Mrs. P. McNaughton, Kereone road. Mr. and Mrs. Huggings, of Taranaki, are the guests of Mrs. F. W. Chadwick, Bank street. Miss Olga Mortenson, from Te Kuiti, is staying with Miss Edna Steele, Allen street.
