Putaruru. Mrs. Kendrick, of Auckland, is on a visit to Miss Alcorn. Mr. and Mrs. K. McDermott spent the week-end at Tauranga.
Mrs. H. B. Coupe is visiting Auckland and is staying with friends. Mrs. E. Carr, of Matamata, is on a visit to Mrs. V. C. Bailey. Miss Blamires, of Auckland, who has been visiting Mrs. H. B. Coupe, returned to her home last Thursdav. Mrs. W. Yandie and family, who have been at the Waihi beach for a fortnight, returned home on Wednesday of last week. Miss McCarrall and Miss Wallis, who have been on a motor tour down south, returned to Futaruru on Sunday. Mrs. A. G. Leggatt and her two
sons, who have been spending the school holidays at the Waihi beach, returned home on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. I-lutton and daugh- j ters, who spent the school holidays lin 1 Auckland, returned to Putaruru I during the week-end. Mr. Marshall returned to Putaruru on Monday after a holiday spent in Christchurch.
Matamata. Mr. E. J. Robertson, who has also been a visitor to Kawiiia, returned on Friday. Mrs. E. Robertson, of Rotorua, > who has been staying at her son’s ! residence, Taihoa, left for her home on Saturday. { Mrs. Madill and the Misses K. and j B. Madill and Master John Madill have returned from a short holiday | spent in Kawhia. Mrs. Crabbe, of Martin, is the guest of her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Spence, of Matamata. Mrs. Aylett, who has been the 'ruest of Mr. and Mrs. T. E. MeMillan, returned home on Saturday morning. Mrs. J. Allen, formerly of Matamata, who has been on a visit to Mr. and Mrs. A. Radford at Matamata. returned to her home in Auckland to-day. Mr. and Mrs. K. H. O‘Hollo ran, who have been the guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Banks, Matamata. returned to their home in Auckland by car on Saturday.
Morrinsville.
Mrs. and Miss Ingram, of Levin, ire visiting friends in Morrinsville. Mr. and Mrs. Strand have returned from a visit to Wellington. Mrs. W. R. Lowry, of Kuranui, is staying with her daughter, Mrs. W. dames, of North Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Hutchinson have returned to Morrinsville from, a motor tour in the South. Mrs. Ford and family have returned from a holiday spent in Auckland. Miss E. B. Cussen has returned to Morrinsville after spending the holidays at Hamilton and Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. Flowerday and family, of Mangateparu, motored to 1 Auckland for the week-end. [ Mrs. A. Bremner, of Studholme 1 street, has returned from a holiday i in Auckland.
