MORRINSVILLE. There was an average yarding of” beef at the Farmers’ Auctioneering Company’s sale at Morrinsville on Friday, but the offering included noprime steers. Prices were slightly easier. Sheep sold under good competition, lambs being in keen demand. The yarding was an average one. There was only a small entry of dairy cattle. Pigs were well represented ar.d sold oh a parwith recent quotations. Competition was inclined to be slack. Prices were as follow: Beef.—

Sheep.— Store and forward 'wethers. 28s to--295. Fat ewes, 28s. Forward ewes. 24s 2d to 265. Aged ewes, 14s 3d to 19s. Fat lambs, 26s to 295.
