Coupe, manager of the Taupo Totara Timber Company, Putaruru, has joined the directorate of the Sawmillers’ Timber Trading Company. The Rev. C. Strand, assistant superintendent of the Methodist Home Missions, is at present in Putaruru, and is the guest of the Rev. H. Ashworth and Mrs. Ashworth. Morrinsviiie, Mrs. H. Stirling has been spending a holiday in Auckland. Mrs. H. Howie has returned from a short visit to Auckland. Miss Nettie Boles, of Thames, is visiting Mrs. J. Boles, Morrinsviiie. Miss Margaret Chadwick, of Auckland, is on a visit to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Chadwick. Miss Nettie Bowden has returned to Pukekohe, accompanied by Miss Betty Strand.
