PUTARURU TOWN BOARD. NOTICE OF RATE. Notice is hereby given that thePutaruru Town Board, pursuant to its Powers under the Town Boards Act 1908, the Municipal Corporations Act 1920, the Rating Act 1925 and the Public Health Act 1908, and their respective Amendments, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, intends at 4 p.m. on FRIDAY, 24th MAY, 1929, to make and levy for the yesir ending 31st MARCH, 1930, the following Rate upon the Unimproved Value of all rateable property as appearing in the 'Valuation Roll for the time being in force for the Putaruru Town Board District, to be ppvable to the undersigned at his OlYice. Yandle’s Buildings, Main Street, Putaruru. The Valuation Roll and Estimates may be inspected during office hours until the 21st MAY, 1929.,. 1. A General Rate of two pence (2d) in the £. Also—2.
