Notice is hereby given that the Matamata County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred <sn it by Clause 4 of Regulation 9 of “ The Motor Lorry Regulations, 19X1," has prohibited the use, on ths£ jpottion of No. 19 (Waitoa-Taupd) Main Highway, between Campbell R6ad, Tokoroa, and the Taupo County Boundary, of all Motor Lorries other than those of Class A (laden weight 21 tons) during the period commencing on the Ist day of MAY, 1929, and ending on the 31st day of OCTOBER, 1929. Provided that this prohibition may be modified in special cases, and on such conditions as the Council may think fit to impose, on written application setting forth all fact 3 in support thereof. Lichfield-Putaruru Back Road. White’s Road (Putaruru-Tapapa). Old Te Aroha Road from Te Poi to Tapapa. Road from Okoroire Station past Waiomo School to Junction of Pakaaka and ICakahu Roads. Pakaraka Pond. Richmond Downs Road from Mangapapa Bridge to Waharoa. Totman’s Road. Maungatautari Main Road. French Pass Poad. No. 18 Main Highway from Cambridge to Tirau. Rangitanuku Road.
