Messrs. Dalgety and Company Ltd. report having received the following cablegram from their London house, dated 28th ultimo:— Butter. The market is quiet. Prices quoted : New Zealand finest salted 170 s to 1725, Danish 188 s to ' 190 s, Australian finest unsalted 172 s to 1765, Australian finest salted 168 s to 170 s, Australian G.A.Q. 164 s to 1665. Cheese. The market is firmer.. New Zealand white 90s, New Zealand coloured 90s, Canadian white 106 s to 110 s, Canadian coloured 106 s to 110 s. Canadian market slow. New Zealand market has improved.
