A story is going the rounds in Invercargill of a certain well-known business man, who, although he was suffering from a cold in the head, went in his motor car to Oreti beach to enjoy a dip in the surf. As the weather was a little chilly and he did not wish to make his cold in the head any worse, he dashed boldly into the breakers clad his bathing suit and still wearing his hat. THE SEASIDE SONG. At one of the Auckland beaches during the school holidays, a solicitor heard some children singing to the i tune of the popular “Ramona.” One I line was: "Pulmona, you took my cold away” Many other children, old and young, know Pulmonas take soreness and the hurt from coughs, 'flu, bronchitis, sore throats, etc. Pulmonas, 1/6 and 2/6>
