A WALTON FACTORY.

NOTHING DEFINITE YET. | Address by Mr. A. J. Sinclair. | “ Building Up Other Centres.” Whether a locally-owned cheese factory or a factory, under the control of the New Zealand Co-opera-tive Dairy Co. should be erected in the district is a question that has been exercising the minds of Walton dairymen for some considerable time. Several points of view have been secured and the advantages and disadvantages of each proposal are being carefully weighed. Several meetings of suppliers have already been held, and on Tuesday about 20 settlers assembled to hear an address by Mr. A. J. Sinclair, secretary to the Te Awamutu Dairy Co., whose assistance had been sought. The chair was occupied by Mr. F. E. Harris.
