SHIPMENTS TO ENGLAND. The New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board has received a cable from its representative at Buenos Aires. South America, advising the following shipments to the United Kingdom for the fortnight ended December 20, 1928, from Argentine and Uruguay:—lsß,6so quarters chilled beef, 2025 quarters frozen, beef, 41,870 carcases frozen mutton, 129,650 carcases frozen lamb. The quantity shipped to the Continent of Europe during the same period was as f0110w5:—71,274 quarters frozen beef, 17,960 carcases frozen mutton, 941 carcases frozen lamb.
