In the case of R. Shaw and Son v. T. Bottomley at the Matamata S.M. Court on Wednesday plaintiffs’ counsel agreed to take a non-suit owing to his claim not being in order. Mr. feterson was engaged in harvesting when hie cfljfapsed and died. He was well known in Morrinsville, where he was a garage and smithy proprietor for years.
