In the case of R. Shaw and Son v. T. Bottomley at the Matamata S.M. Court on Wednesday plaintiffs’ counsel agreed to take a non-suit owing to his claim not being in order. If a fresh claim is filed it < will be heard at the January sitting. The death occurred suddenly at Okoroirt 4 recently of Mr. Andrew Martin Paterson, aged 43 years. Mr. feterson was engaged in harvesting when hie cfljfapsed and died. He was well known in Morrinsville, where he was a garage and smithy proprietor for years.
