Pursuant to the provisions of “ The Rabbit Nuisance Act 1908 ” and its Amendments, and to “ The Local Elections and Polls Act 1925 ” and .its Amendments, I hereby give notice that if necessary an Election will be held on MONDAY, the sth day of NOVEMBER, 1928., for the purpose of electing Five (5) Trustees for the Tokoroa Rabbit District. And I hereby appoint my Office in Hampson and Bell’s Buildings, Putaruru, as the place, and THURSDAY, the 25th day of OCTOBER, 1928, before Noon, as the time, for the nomination of candidates for such office.
