OKOROIRE CLUB. The Okoroire Club held flag matches on Saturday. W. Rice won the men’s competition with 9 strokes in hand and Mrs. Les. Bayly the ladies’ with a margin of two strokes. Two excellent rounds of the 72 bogey links were put up by W. Rice over the week-end, the Tirau man doing 75 and 78.
