Dairying Returns.
BAY OF PLENTY COMPANY. r— The 26th annual report of the Bay of Plenty Co-operative Dairy Association states that the output for last season was 1311 tons 18 cwt of butter, being an increase of 103 tons over the previous season. Suppliers have received advances for butterfat as follow : July Is 4d, August Is sd, September Is sid, October Is 6d, November and December Is sd, January to April Is 3d, May Is 4id, June
Is sd. The balance available for distribution is £15,260 0s Id. AfteE allowing 5 per cent, interest on paidup capital the directors propose t<K dispose of the balance as follows I id per pound on September, Id on . November and December, 2d on January to April, lid on May and id on June butterfat. This brings the payments for superfine to June inclusive up to Is 6d per pound. The unrealised portion of butter has been taken into stock at Is 5d per pound f.0.b., and as this is a conservative price the directors assume that when the final 0 realisations come to hand there will be a further sum to distribute.
