PUBLIC NOTICE. The Matamata County Council proposes to stop the following road under the provisions of “ The Public Works Act 1908,” a road containing 6 acres 1 rood 29 perches passing through Lots 2 and 3 on Deposited Plan No. 15283 being part of Tokoroa No. One Block and shown on plan approved by the Survey Department under No. 23784. A plan of the road proposed to be stopped lies open to public inspection at the Office of the said Council at Tirau during eight weeks from the date of this notice.
