A correspondent asks • whether dairy products are higher in the list of New Zealand exports than frozen meat, wool and skins. The figures for 1927 show that frozen m'eat, wool and skins had a substantial lead, the total being £23,223,086, against £16,985.643 for butter, cheese, casein and dried milk. Of the total, the figures for wool were £12,961,744 and frozen meat £16.639,374. Butter produced £10,915,390 and cheese £5,582,596.
