New Stock. As a result of a visit by Tirau farmers to Taranaki to attend the Annual Dairy Fair in that province, seme eight or ten truck loads of heifers, cows, and bulls have already arrived at Tirau. Some very choice lots have been purchased. Personal. Miss Christie, who for the past three years has been a member of the Tirau school staff, has received notification of her transfer to Tatuanui. Mr. and Mrs. Archie Pemberton, of Tirau, are touring in the North. Mr. W. D. Hetherington, who has been visiting Christchurch, returned to Tirau last week.
