STATEMENT FOR MAY. At Monday’s meeting of the Putaruru Town Board the treasurer submitted the following statement of cash receipts for the month of May:— Rates, general £l7 Is Id, arrears £B2 2s 6d, penalty £8 14s Id ; sanitary fees £l3 15s lOd ; hall rents £3 8s ; licenses, drivers £7 10s, dog ss, heavy traffic £3O 19s 6d, carriers £2, factory £l, hawkers 10s, lodginghouses £l, taxi £2 10s, milk 15s, bread £l, eatinghouses £1 ss, butchers £1 ss, hoarding 15s, amusement £1 ; building permits £4 15s ; sanitary pans £2 2s ; by-laws 2s ; costs recovered £2 7s ; total, £lB6 2s.
