THE DAIRYING NDUSTRY.

The Hinuera butter factory closed its year on Thursday, May 81, with a tetal output of tons of butter for the season, an increase of 131 tons over the previous year. Not only has the company secured a substantial increase in the quantity of butter manufactured, but the Quality also has been raised to an even higher standard than formerly. On the grading for the season just ended, the average points have been raised .772 points above the previous year’s average. This is a tribute both to suppliers and to the company.
