INDUCTION SERVICES.
VICAR OF PUTARURU. Rev. Stephen Richard Wareing. ' Last Friday Rev. Stephen Richard [Wareing, M.A., was inducted to the tvicarship of Putaruru in St. Paul’s [Anglican Church. There was a crowded congregation. (The service was conducted by Bishop Cherrington, assisted by Rev. E. [Ward as commissary. Special singing was given by the •choir and the service was most impressive throughout. An eloquent address was given by •the bishop, who stressed not only the Iduties of the parish priest but also ifchose of parishioners.
