PUTARURU TOWN BOARD. NOTICE OF RATE. Notice is hereby given that the Putaruru Town Boa'rd, pursuant to its powers under the Town Boards Act 1908, the Municipal Corporations Act 1920, the Bating Act 1925 and the Public Health Act 1908, and their respective Amendments, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, intends at V. 30 p.m. on MONDAY, 28th MAY, 1928, to make and levy for the year ending 31st MARCH, 1929, the following Rate upon the Unimproved Value of all rateable property as appearing in the Valuation Roll for the time being in force for the Putaruru Town Board District, to be payable to the undersigned at his Office, Yandle’s Buildings, Main Street, Putaruru. The Valuation Roll and Estimate may be inspected during office hours until the 25th of MAY, 1928. 1. A General Rate of one penny half penny (lid) in the £. Also—2. A Uniform Annual Fee of two pounds twelve shilling and sixpence (£2 12s 6d) for Night Soil. The above Rate and Fee to be payable in one instalment on the 4th day of JUNE, 1928. A. H. In the Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68321 (sheet 1), deposited in the Office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
