In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Motor Lorry Regulations, 1927, and of the powers delegated to it by the Main Highways Board in respect to Main Highways, the Matamata County Council hereby gives notice that it proposes, in accordance with Regulation 7, to classify the roads mentioned in the Schedule hereto in the manner therein set forth, such classification, so far as the same relates to No. 18 Main Highway, to be in substitution of the present classification. Any person objecting to the proposed classification is hereby called upon to lodge notice in writing of his objection and of the grounds thereof at the Office of the Matamata County Council, Tirau, within seven days from the publication of this notice. SCHEDULE. Roads to be Classified in the Third Class. That portion of No. 18 (HamiltonRotorua) Main Highway from Cambridge Borough Boundary through Karapiro, Piarere and Tirau to the junction of the Okoroire - Tapapa Road.
