Notice is hereby given that, by a Proclamation dated the thirtieth day of, March, 1928, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 29, page 924, of the sth day of April, 1928, the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for the development of water power (Arapuni scheme) in terms of the Public Works Act, 1908. SCHEDULE. Approximate areas of the pieces of land taken:— a. r. p. Being Portion of 17 1 8 Lot lof 1 ; coloured yellow. 15 2 0 Lot lof 1 ; coloured neutral. Situated in Block XV., Maungatautari Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23948/1.) In the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the Plan marked P.W.D. 68321 (sheet 1), deposited in the !
