ON THE SCREEN.
Putaruru picturegoers are promised a treat on Saturday, April 28, when the picture “ We’re in the Navy Now ” will be shown. That great pair of comedians, Wallace Beery and Raymond Hatton, will be seen at their best, and that means a good night’s entertainment. Country Circuit. Randell’s country circuit is well booked up with a fine lot of pictures, among which are some of the latest and most popular productions of filmland. Every effort is being made to suit all tastes and patrons are assured of a fine leading feature and good supports in each programme.
