TIRAU V. TE AROHA. Three rinks from Tirau visited Te Aroha on Wednesday and played a match against Te Aroha bowlers. The visitors were welcomed by Mr. G. Cornish, vice-president of the Te Aroha club, and thanks were re-; turned by Mr. Main senior. Tirau won with a margin of 15 points. Following are the results, Tirau players being mentioned first in each case:—

Swney, Main junior, Mcßain and Main senior, 18, lost to Jones, Rivett, Horton and Childerhouse, 19.

May smith, Mouldery, Craig and Little, 19, beat Morrison, Willis, Loveridge and Snedden, 16. Allen, Bear, Rose and Watson, 21, beat Gair, Wallis, Edgar and Cornish, 8.
