DEBTORS’ COURT.

JUDGMENTS AND ORDERS. Judgment for plaintiffs by default was given by Messrs. J. W. Barr Brown and T. F. Coun, £5 8s 6d, costs £2 4s 6d ; S. Beca and Sons v. M. Goonan, £1 3s Id, costs 8s ; L. R. Lindemann v. Tini Maniapoto, £5 12s 2d, costs £2 10s 6d ; H. E. Follett v. J. Murphy, £3 16s Id, costs £1 4s 6d ; Tarei Tahitangata v. Geo. Bevan, £7, costs £1 13s 6d.

Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M., dealt with the following cases : A. E. Barr Brown v. T. Valentine, £2 2s Id, costs £1 19s 6d ; A. E. Barr Brown v. E. P. Dansey, £2 16s 9d, costs £1 10s 6d ; A. E. Barr Brown v. H. Coun, £2O 14s lid, costs £4 17s 6d. Judgment Summonses. Orders on judgments were made as follow: N. Horscroft v. Murray Clarke, claim £5 9s 9d ; ordered to pay amount forthwith, plus 15s 6d costs, in default seven days in Rotorua gaol ; warrant to be suspended for 14 days. McDermott Bros. v. J. Johnstone, claim £5 14s 6cl ; ordered to pay amount forthwith, plus 15s 6d costs, in default seven days in Rotorua gaol. S. H Sargeant v. A. J. Rice, claim £8 19s ; ordered to pay amount forthwith, plus 15s 6d costs, in default seven days in Rotorua gaol ; order suspended so long as defendant pays 12s 6d per calendar month.
