WEDDING BELLS.
KEDSHAW—FRETWELL. The wedding was solemnised in the Morrinsville Baptist Church on Wednesday of Miss Lila Redshaw, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O. Redshaw, of Morrinsville, and Mr. H. W. Fretwell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fretwell, of Wairangi, Te Kauwhata. Rev. K. Garlick performed the ceremony. The bride, who entered the church on her father’s arm, was prettily dressed in cream crepe de chine trimmed with silver lace and wore a flowing embroidered tulle veil and coronet of orange blossoms. She carried a shower bouquet of lilies and maidenhair fcrfi. The- ; bridesmaids were Miss Margaret ' Fretwell and Miss Dorothy Redshaw; . The former \vas attired in a ; dress of apricot Crepe de chine and tulle 'bandeau, with bouquet to match. Miss -Redshaw wore duchess blue ;crepe de chine" and carried a pretty bouquet of blue and white asters. " Little Daisy Redshaw was flowergirl and was daintily dressed in cream silk, carrying a basket of sweet peas and carnations. Mr. W. Redshaw carried out the duties of best man. At the conclusion of the ceremony a reception was held, 30 guests being present. Mrs. Redshaw received her guests, becomingly dressed in a gown of silver-grey silk marocain and hat to tone. The newly-married couple left by train for a honeymoon at Waihi beach, the bride travelling in a frock of heliotrope marocain with coat and hat to match. On their return they will take up their residence in Morrinsville. Mr. and Mrs. Fretwell. were the recipients of numerous valuable presents. . , „ . ,
