Pursuant to Section 8 of “ The Dogs Registration Act 1908 ” notice is hereby given that the fee for the Registration of Dogs for the Town District of Putaruru is now payable to the Registrar of Dogs, Mr. H. Mitten, Putaruru. The amount of the fee has been fixed as follows: For each dog kept solely for the purpose of herding or driving Sheep or Cattle, 2/6. For all other dogs, 10/-. The works include approximately the removal of 9000 cubic yards of earthworks, and the quarrying, carting and spreading of approximately 3500 cubic yards of rock and shingle.
