It is being recalled that some years ago the late Mr. Cldment Wragge predicted that thefe would - be cycles of good seasons and bad seasons. In each cycle one year would stand out as a very good season or a very bad one. He forecasted the 1927-28 season as a very dry one. It is said that one farmer in the Morrinsville district remembered this and setting store on Mr. Wragge’s predictions planted a considerable area in green *feed. That such was done is now a matter for congratulation.
