While the motor-car horn is one of the most necessary parts of a motorcar, some drivers think it is intended to be there for use—and abuse—on every conceivable occasion.
It is common to hear’ impatient motorists tooting during the periodical hold-ups at intersections, especially it some unfortunate driver happens to be a little late getting off the mark. .The practice is childish, and merely brings ridicule from the sensible citizen.
No driver wishes to stay longer than necessary at a crossing, and everyone 18 promptly unless some mechanical defect or traffic itself ties him up.
