MONTH’S RETURNS. Exceptional Payout. The high reputation which Tokoroa cheese has earned for its quality and * flavour is demonstrated by the con- ! tinued high rate of payout which the directors have been enabled to make largely through the increased demand for supplies to satisfy the local market. The payout for the month is again fixed at Is 3d per pound, which figure has been paid throughout the season. Other figures are as follow: Pounds milk received,. 462,168. Average test, 3.59. Pounds butterfat, 16,609.64. Pounds cheese made, 42,842. Pounds milk to lib cheese, 2.77. Payout per pound, Is 3d.
