The following telegram has been received from Mr. P. F. Hockly, M.P., relative to the establishment of facilities for higher education in Rotorua : “ I have been informed that the scheme for a senior and junior high school, as outlined at a public meeting recently by Mr. Caughley, Director of Education, has been approved by Cabinet.”
