FROZEN MEAT SHIPMENTS.

NEW ZEALAND EXPORTS. The New Zealand Meat Producers Board reported that from November 1, 1925, to July 15, 1926, the following shipments of frozen meat were made from New Zealand:— To London, 117,158 quarters of beef; 1,337,461 carcases of mutton; 3,611,60 S carcases of iamb. To West Coast LTnited Kingdom, 73,076 quarters of beef; 125,193 carcases of mutton; 726,717 carcases of lamb. To Harve: 24,339 quarters of beef. To Antwerp, 19,572 quarters of beef. To Geneva, 31,840 quarters of beef. The killings at all works during the November-July period are as follows, the figures given being for North sland, South Island, and total in that order:—Beef (quarters), 217,874, 3947, 221,821; wether mutton (carcases), 1.070,588, 130,336, 1,200,924; ewe mutton (carcases), 516,235, 263,971, 780 206; lamb (carcases), 2,372,537, 2,615,863, 4,955,400; pork, carcases)., 49,854, 144, 49,998; boneless beef (freight carcases), 175,994, 31,306, 207, 300; sundries (freight carcases), 98,597, 13,666, 112 263. The stocks in hand at July 15 totalled:—Beef (quarters), 88.048; wether mutton (carcases), 372,109; ewe mutton (carcases), 455,312; lamb (carcases), 651,636; pork (carcases), 9275; boneless beef (freight carcases) 84,950; sundries (freight carcases), 24,449.
