AT LONG LAST.

TENDER ACCEPTED. Putaruru Police Station. Mi-. F. F. Hockly advises .that the Minister of Justice has forwarded information to the effect that Cabinet has approved of the acceptance of a tender of £1469 for the erection of a new police station at Putaruru. Provided the money is available a much-needed official building will thus he added to the township after many years of agitation. The new station will be erected on land belonging to the department alongside the Methodist Church.
