THAMES VALLEY ELECTRIC POWER BOARD. TEMPORARY SUPPLY DURING EASTER HOLIDAYS. Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 9 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, that it is proposed by the Thames Valley Electric Power Board to raise under Part 1 of the said Act a further Special Loan for the purpose of purchasing- and constructing Electric Works within the meaning of and pursuant to the Electric Power Boards Act, 1925. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £150,000. The Board proposes to appropriate and pledge as a security for this Loan, and Interest a Special Rate of onefourth of a penny per pound on the Capital Rateable Value of all Rateable Property within the Electric Power District. It. is proposed that the said Loan shall be repayable at the expiration of thirty-six and one-half years from the Ist day of June, 1926, and that a Sinking- Fund shall be provided of one per centum per annum.
