MATAMATA COUNTY WORKS.
TENDERS ACCEPTED. In addition to those reported last week the following works were let by the Matamata County Council on Friday : Carting 200 cubic yards on old Tau-l-anga road, J. Graham, 5s per yard. 200 cubic yards, French Pass road, J. Graham, 6s 6d per yard. 4000 to 5000 cubic yards earth work on Te Whetu road, Strickland, £993 17s 6d. 3500 cubic yards earthwork on Pu-taruru-Lichfield road, Walsh Bros., 7s 6d yard.
