ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH SOCIAL.
Last Friday evening the Roman Catholic Church Committee held a social and dance in the Recreation Hall. About 60 couples were present and dancing continued until the early hours. The atrocious weather experienced during the early part of, the evening doubtless kept a large number from attending but notwithstanding this the evening was quite successful. An orchestra from Te Awamutu supplied the music and supper was provided by the ladies of the camp.
