A KILLING RECORD.

FEILDING FREEZING WORKS. • Since the Feilding Freezing Works opened on December 10th, stock have been coming forward in good supply and no effort is being spared to make the season a record one. So far very satisfactory support has been received from the settlers of this, and the surrounding districts, and with the free co-operation of all stock raisers the next balance sheet should disclose a very much improved condition of affairs. 1 On Tuesday' the killing board .put up a record when three thousand and eighty-two lambs were dealt with. It is hoped before long to increase this figure to four thousand a day. A maintenance of such activity will mean much to the town and the business community which supports it. '
