NEW CO-OPERATIVE CONCERN.
MOOTED IN WAIKATO. Amalgamation of Companies. It is reported from Hamilton tint a movement is on foot to form the Maikato Valley Dairy Company, Frankton, into a co-operative concern. T.he suppliers have taken the preliminary steps and have formed a provisional directorate. It is also proposed to amalgamate a number of the smaller co-operative and proprietary concerns in the Waikato into one eo-oper-ative company. - Referring- this statement to the dairy companies’ offices in Morrinsville, a Morrinsvilie Star reporter was informed that these companies were net 'concerned in the venture.- - *
