Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Thames Valley Electric Power Board, at a meeting to be held on MONDAY, the 22nd day of December, 1924, at 7.30 p.m., to make and levy a Separate Rate under Section 4 of the Electric Power Boards Amendment Act, 1923, within this defined portion of the Board’s district, namely:— The Counties of Piako, Thames, Ohinemuri, Hauraki Plains, Matamata, the Boroughs lof Paeroa and Morrinsville, and the Matamata Town Board, of one farthing in the pound on the rateable value of the rateable property affected (no rate in respect of any one such property exceeding thirty pounds or being less than one pound) for the period commencing on the Ist day of April 1924 and ending on the 31st day of March, 1925, such rate to be payable at the Office of the Board at Te Aroha in one sum on the Ist day of January, 1925, to the undersigned at the Board’s Offices, Te Aroha, where the Valuation Roil and Rate Book are now open for inspection during office hours.
