Third in line comes the tailleur in single or double breasted models. A matching cape often complete# the tailleur. Mannish flannel waistcoats and striped English blazers are booked for an amazing summer vogue. ThA sleeveless flannel jacket in a contracting shade is almost an essential to aby wardrobe. Good also arc the boyish type of flannel dress in one or twopiece styles, with or without sleeves. Finally, the separate flannel skirt •cores high honours.
