ARRANGEMENTS IN HAND. The caterer to whom the contractors have allotted the task of conducting the Arapuni cookhouses and generally supplying the food for the workmen, Mr. Findlayson, from Mangahao, was at Putaruru during the past week making preliminary arrangements for provision, supplies, cartage, etc. For meat supplies he concluded a contract with Mr. W. Yandle, of Putaruru. He intimated that he would be transferring and reerecting a couple of buildings from Mangahao, and anticipated having fully 600 workmen to cater for by December.
