GREENSLADE MILKING MACHINE

The Greenslade milking machine was cne of the attractive exhibits at the Waikato Winter Show. Messrs. Greenslade arc the originators of the single pipe system and both the machine and the engine are manufactured by the firm. This machine is therefore the only machine in the country that is manufactured in its entirety under the sole supervision of the inventor. It is claimed that the “ Greenslade,” which has not one single elbow or bend in the pipes, is not only the simplest, but the greatest labour-saving machine on the market to-day. Another leading feature of the “ Greenslade ” is the adjustable pulsator which allows for a long squeeze and a short release for an easy cow, or a short squeeze and a long release for a hard cow. The adjuster, moreover, is so simple that in less than one second the pulsator is adjusted to suit any individual cow, as required. The “ Greenslade ” vacuum pump, which is a design entirely different from the usual type in use, is totally enclosed and dustproof, and the lubrication of a special automatic splash feed. Every working part is positively supplied with that thin film of oil that reduces wear to the minimum. The “ Greenslade ” is a machine that an enterprising and successful ill afford to be without.
