TENDERS ACCEPTED. One Held Over. The Matamata County Council considered tenders for various works at its meeting on Friday, and accepted th e f olio win; : Mamaku Bush Road (No. 5): Roger.- at 5s 2d per yard, subject to approval of plans and specifications by the Public Works Department. Tirau-Putaruru Road (No. S): Rennie Bros., 9s 9d per yard. Waiomou Road (No. 10): J. Gar-' diner £370. The acceptance of the tender for No. 9 contract (Putaruru-Taumangl road metalling*) was held'over.
