Darby withdrew the notice of motion, and the chairman remarked that in afiv case It was out of order in that the proT«o«s»l had been defeated at the previous p-meting. and a slight alteration : o' h as. Cr. Darby bad suggested bv bis notice of motion was not sufficient ovounds to warrant it being brought forward again. He had the authority of Mr. J. A. Y ouruv. M.P., chairman of committees, for saying so. Cr. Darby: T quite agree.
