RIFLE SHOOTING.
Members of the Linkwater D.R.C. turned up on the Mahakipawa range on Saturday last to shoot for a trophy —a beautiful silver-mounted walkingstick—presented by Mr Greensill, of Singapore, to be won three times anyhow. W. Coleman secured one leg-in off scratch. The ranges were 600yds and 700yds, 10 shots at each range. Scores:
