New York, April 6. 'The Lunacy Commissioners have concluded their ex unination into tho mental condition of Harry Thaw, who stands indicted for tho murder of Stanford White. Tho inquiry was conducted in private, oven counsel being excluded previous to the taking of tho evidence of tho exports. This evidence is absolutely conflicting. Dr Wagner, Superintendent of the State Hospital for Insane at Bioghampton, in Broome County, New York, testified that, according to his view, Thaw was suffering from a “brain storm" when ho killed White ; but his balance was restored almost immediately. Oilier experts insist that Thaw is still insane.
