The Rules of the Wellington Regatta will be abided by. The Committee reserve the right lo alter or drop any race. In the events Nos. 1, and 4, persons entering boats must be Subscribers of at least 10s to the funds. The Committee reserve the right to reduce the prizes and entrances in proportion to funds at their disposal if found necessary. Nominations for First and hecond Class Sailing Races to be sent to the Secretary, Havelock, not later than December 17th. If the winner of the First-class Balling Race has entered for the B ondclass race his money will be returned. Two boats to start in all races or no race, three or no second prize. The b.s. Pelorus, with punts, will leave the Havelock Wharf at 0 a.m., conveying passengers to Moitapu, returning about 7 p.ra. Return Fare: Adults, 2s ; Children, Is; holders of free tickets, half-price. Family tickets reduced if obtained from the Secretary previous to day of Regatta. Refreshment Booths on the ground. In case the weather is unfavourable the Regatta will be held on the following day.
