The Promoters in offering 20,000 shares to the Public ascertained that.they have stcured a most valuable reef, which is situate in the h-ft-hand branch of Cullen's Creek, Mahakipawa. The Promoters have expended a considerable amount of labour and money for nearly twelve months past in proving the value of their discovery. The reef secured is within close proximity, and above, the rich alluvial workings in Cullen's Creek, Mahakipawa, and running parallel with the Havouscliffe QuartzMining Company, Waikakaho. Frequent trial criishings of quartz from the reef have been made, which have never averaged less than ten ounces to the ton, Immediately on the allotment ef twothirds of the shares active operations will be commenc. d, and good results may be expected forthwith. When two-thirds of the shares have been applied for, the permanent directors will-be appointed and rules adopted.
